  • Prepare monthly payrolls
  • Census form completion
  • Provide office equipment including fax, telephone and photocopier
  • Arrange for the filing of quarterly and annual payroll tax documents for federal, state and city filings
  • Prepare Federal Form 1096 and 1099 and 1098 where applicable
  • Maintain checkbook and supporting documents
  • Process Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts
