The recently renovated conference room was dedicated to the late Helen E. Adelmann, Vice President of Administration 1991-1999, in April of 2001. The Helen E. Adelmann Conference room accommodates meetings of 10-12 persons very comfortably. The building is equipped with a full kitchen and a separate conference area so that catered meals do not interrupt the meeting. There is also a private phone room adjoining the conference room.

The 801 West Street Building is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington's business and financial district, convenient to government and legal offices, as well as transportation, hotels and amenities. There is a private, gated parking area located on the premises.
