1) Accountant-CPA, Full time or part time. Minimum 5 years experience. CPA or equivalent. Control your clients, manage several companies of various sizes/activities/complexities, deal directly with upper-management of large corporations, attend Board of Directors' meetings. Responsible for maintaining complete accounting - Financial statement preparation, create Board Meeting presentations, perform daily banking/fund transfers for subs of large corps. - deal with foreign and domestic portfolios. Verbal and written communication skills very important. Should be proficient in MS Excel and other windows based programs. Big 6 experience a plus. Also, Computer and Treasury background a plus.

2) Accountant, 2-4 years experience. BS/BA required. Report directly to senior staff accountant. Responsible for maintaining daily accounting for several small companies and provide assistance on larger, more complex clients managed by senior accountants. Should be proficient in MS Excel and other windows based programs. Great Opportunity to get hands-on accounting experience including: budgeting, 10K filings, tax returns, treasury function, and training to attend and present at Board of Directors' meetings.
