Dedication of the Helen E. Adelmann Conference Room

Wilmington, DE, April 2, 2001 - Delaware Holding Services Inc. (DEHOLD) dedicates main conference area to late Helen E. Adelmann, DEHOLD's former Vice President of Administration.

In honor of friend and former Vice President of Administration, Helen E. Adelmann, DEHOLD's CEO Kenneth J. Kubacki and entire staff held a dedication ceremony and luncheon Monday, April 2, 2001. The main conference room of DEHOLD, in which the majority of the formal staff and client meetings take place, will now be known as the Helen E. Adelmann Conference Room. Kubacki and staff affixed a brass plaque on the door, as well as a brass plaque in the conference room with her title, VP of Administration, and her years of service to DEHOLD, 1991-1999. "Helen's spirit will live on in all future activities of DEHOLD," said Kubacki.

Additionally, in attendance were former coworkers, special guests, and family members including Adelmann's daughter, Nora, from Pennsylvania; son Chris, daughter-in-law, Patty, and grandson, Henry, all who flew to Delaware from California to attend the ceremony.
